Session Description
Learn about Colorado's new framework for how to better serve and coordinate services for students and youth with disabilities. Through collaborative brainstorms and diving into group work to define postsecondary outcomes and services, Colorado will be able to implement a new framework/tool and support local efforts impacting students and youth’s individual lives. This session will educate on the importance of our transition efforts to create a shared vision, align the state messaging and training efforts for educators, vocational rehabilitation, families and service providers
This session will be presented over the course of 2 concurrent sessions.
- Part 1 will be presented from 9:50 - 10:50 am.
- Part 2 will be presented from 11:15-12:15 pm.
