Session Description

Preparing students with disabilities to transition to postsecondary educational settings is crucial to facilitating their success. This session with Q&A will focus on evidence-based practices to teach organizational and study skills for students preparing to transition. It will include examples of skills and strategies as well as information and examples on organizational strategies (material and temporal).
