CDE Data Collection Calendar

The Data and Research Unit at the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) has put together a data collection calendar. This calendar, with the cooperation of the different offices and units at CDE, lists the data collections required by State and Federal statutes which result in data requests from CDE to school districts/BOCES in Colorado.

All data requests from CDE goes through a data review committee called the Education Data Advisory Committee (EDAC). This committee has been established by the Colorado State Legislature to review all data requests from CDE and to make recommendations on the data and to reduce redundancy. The data collections that have been or will be reviewed by EDAC are on the data calendar.
