Tera Wilkins

Biography

Tera Wilkins is currently the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment at the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind (CSDB) in Colorado Springs, CO.  CSDB is a state operated school that exclusively serves students on Individual Education Plans  who are Deaf, Blind/Low Vision, or Deafblind, both on campus and through our Outreach department throughout the state of Colorado.  Prior to becoming the Director, she taught Deaf / Hard of Hearing students for 9 years in a variety of school settings to include CSDB, as well as a public school setting.  Tera has an Ed.S degree in Educational Leadership from Oakland University, a MA degree in Special Education- Severe Needs: Hearing, from the University of Northern Colorado, and a BA degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
