Unified Improvement Planning - Submitting UIPs through Tracker

Visit www.SchoolView.org to see the most recently submitted Unified Improvement Plans available for public viewing.

Current News:

  • Submissions for Posting Revised UIPs to SchoolView:
    • In 2012-13, CDE has added two optional submission windows (fall and winter) in which all districts have the option of submitting any revised district or school UIPs to replace the currently posted plans on SchoolView.org.
    • Plans submitted for posting during the optional fall cycle will be updated on SchoolView in November.
    • All unified improvement plans (school and district level) are required to be submitted for posting on SchoolView.org by April 15th each year.
  • Required Submission of UIPs for Winter Review (due by January 15, 2013):
    • The following district's are required to submit their UIP for CDE review by January 15th:
      • Districts Accredited with a Priority Improvement Plan Type
      • Districts Accredited with a Turnaround Plan Type
      • Districts on Title III Improvement
      • Targeted District Improvement Partnership (TDIP) Districts
      • Districts Designated to Complete a Student Graduation and Completion Plan
    • The following school UIPs are required to be submitted for CDE review by January 15th:
      • Priority Improvement Plans
      • Turnaround Plans
      • Tiered Intervention Grant (TIG) School UIPs
  • C-FIRS Tracker has a new look with the latest upgrade!  While the look of the system is different, the functionality remains similar to previous versions. New resources for UIP submitters, including updated screenshots, are now available for the current Winter UIP cycle.

    Upcoming UIP Winter Submissions Webinars
    • The second of two identical webinars will take place on Thursday, January 10 at 2:00pm.  This webinar will walk through the basics of submitting UIPs through the online Tracker system for the Winter 2013 submission cycle.  The webinar will last approximately one hour and a question and answer session will be available throughout. The recording of the December 20th webinar is available here.
