Unified Improvement Planning - Submitting UIPs through Tracker

Current News:

  • All district-level and school-level Unified Improvement Plans must be submitted to CDE for public posting on SchoolView.org by April 15. The "UIP Spring Cycle" is now open in the Tracker system to accept submissions for the April 15 deadline. For some districts and schools this submission is in addition to a past submission or resubmission for review.
    • A webinar will be held on Tuesday, April 9th at 1:00pm to walk participants through the UIP Spring Cycle submission process. The webinar will last approximately one hour and a question and answer time will be available at the end. To join the webinar, visit: http://connect.enetcolorado.org/uip_spring_submissions2/ and to connect to audio, dial: 1(855)840-9121.
  • UIP Feedback from CDE is now available within Tracker for all UIPs reviewed this past winter. Tracker Contacts can view the guides below to obtain feedback from the system.
  • Only district level plans with required changes noted in the CDE Winter 2013 Feedback Form are required to resubmit revised plans through the UIP Winter Cycle within Tracker.  Schools with required changes should work with their districts to incorporate the changes throughout the upcoming planning cycle.

    • A five and a half minute video (pre-recorded webinar) which walks through the UIP submission process for plans due by April 15th for public posting on SchoolView.org.  UIPs are submitted through the "UIP Spring Cycle" Instrument in Tracker.
