Unified Improvement Planning - Annotated UIPs

Annotated UIP Examples:

The Unified Improvement Plans (UIPs) listed below have been identified by CDE staff as plans that may be helpful examples to districts and schools as they develop and/or revise their UIPs each year. These plans are not exemplars; they are examples of plans that have solid or strong sections that meet UIP Quality Criteria. The UIP Quality Criteria provide guidance on the elements expected in a quality plan. The accompanying CDE feedback highlights ways in which the listed plans meet the UIP Quality Criteria, and ways in which they could be strengthened. This feedback is not exhaustive.

The links below will direct you to annotated versions of the actual plans for the following districts and schools, with review comments embedded. Since these are actual examples from past years, they are written on a pervious year's UIP template; districts/schools should use the revised template for 2013-14.
