The Colorado State Publications Library has digitized the chapter on education of this five-volume set plus the table of contents and the biographical index as an introduction to the information. The first three volumes contain subject chapters by individual authors. The second two volumes include biographical sketches of Colorado's prominent citizens of the day and portraits of some of the personalities.

While only part of the book is digitized, the entire book is available to be read at the State Publications Library. The library staff is available to do a limited amount of research via phone, fax, email, and walk-in service.
