Legal Process Cross Comparison Statistics
These stat sheets provide information on all three dispute resolution processes for a particular year: Due Process, Federal Complaints, and Mediation. They provide information on cases which are involved in more than one process. They also provide the status of each case.
Dispute Resolution Requests by Region
This stat sheet provides numbers of requests for each legal process (beginning with 1995) sorted
by year and region of the state. Numbers do not reflect cases that
proceeded to a decision/agreement - they reflect only the actual number of
requests this office received within each calendar year. "Other" denotes cases
which have come up within an administrative unit that is a State Operated
Program (SOP). The SOPs are: Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind (CSDB);
Department of Corrections (DOC); Division of Youth Corrections (DYC); Colorado
Mental Health Center, Ft. Logan (CMHI Ft. Logan); and Colorado Mental Health
Center, Pueblo (CMHI, Pueblo). 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 data reflect the new
