2009 SLDS (RISE) Grant - Partnership Opportunities

The following procurement activities are associated with the implementation of the Colorado Department of Education’s (CDE) 2009 Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) ARRA funded outcomes.  CDE is providing these documents as a courtesy for the vendor community. 

All the official versions of these solicitation are published using the State’s BIDS System.  Offerors must be registered on BIDS in order to download solicitation documents and information and to be considered responsive at the time of proposal submission.  BIDS and its registration information may be linked through the Department of Personnel & Administration, Division of Finance and Procurement, State Purchasing Office (SPO) link at:  http://www.gssa.state.co.us/VenSols.

Responses to Offeror's inquiries (if required) will be published as a modification on the BIDS system in a timely manner. Offerors should not rely on any other statements, either written or oral, that alter any specification or other term or condition of the RFP during the open solicitation period.  Offerors are not to contact any other State office or individual regarding this RFP or this Program. Offerors are responsible for monitoring BIDS for publication of modifications to this solicitation.
