OCM - (Organizational Change Management): Foundational Element

The Organizational Change Management team has integrated with the SLDS program to enable them to be as effective as possible when managing the change associated with the grant outcomes.    The approach includes Planning and Designing change,  Executing and Implementing Change, and Reinforcing and Sustaining change.
