The fourth phase involves school districts continuously refining curriculum so it results in high school graduates who are postsecondary and workforce ready.

Public schools are places where everyone learns – students and adults. Students are applying learning to their lives. Educators are supported by a system designed to help them continually improve their craft of teaching.
