Design Curricula

The second step in the transition phase is to make key decisions about curriculum. State law (SB 08-212) requires local education agencies to design and adopt curricula after the review and revision of standards. This can be accomplished in one of two ways:

  • Redesign existing curriculum aligned to the new standards.

OR

  • Design new curriculum aligned to the new standards.
