Update

Obtain your CDE Licensure Access Code

Attn: Superintendents, Human Resource Directors

During the hectic days prior to the beginning of the school year, having a personal code into the licensure system can save your district’s human resources staff precious time. But nearly one fourth of Colorado school districts and one third of the BOCES have not yet requested an access code.

Access into the CDE licensure system allows a district to check on current licenses or authorizations held, fingerprint and background check status, content test scores and pending licenses for teaching and administrative personnel. Each district is allowed several personal passwords for greater access and to avoid having to call CDE to make personnel inquiries.

To apply for an access code, please contact Anne Marie Roberts at the contact info below. You will be asked to complete and fax back an authorization form to be assigned a personal code.
