Mathematics and Science Partnership Grants

The 2008-2009 Mathematics and Science Partnerships (MSP) Program Request For Proposal is now available. Applications are due Friday, August 29, 2008.
CDE will award up to two new MSP partnerships for the upcoming year. Partnerships must include faculty from the science, technology, engineering, and/or mathematics departments in institutions of higher education and at least one "high need" local school district. To compare the statutory, national, online learning program and CDE definitions, visit the link below. In order to qualify for the Per Pupil Revenue (PPR) assigned to an online program, the program must meet the statutory and CDE rule definition of an online program.

Capital Construction Project Status Report for the Capital Construction Grant Program
Attn: Superintendents, Charter School Directors and Business Managers
The Capital Construction grant program’s Project Status Reports are due Thursday, July 31, 2008.
This form outlines the current status of your existing Capital Construction Grant Funds. Please remember that an authorized representative needs to sign the form. This form should be completed by any district or charter school that currently has an open capital construction grant project.

Attn: Superintendents, Charter School Directors and Business Managers
The form for the Charter School Capital Construction Expenditures and Project Description Report is due Thursday, July 31, 2008.
The form outlines the use of your 2007-2008 fiscal year Charter School Capital Construction Funds. An authorized representative from the charter school, the school district or Charter Schools Institute needs to sign the form. This form must be completed by school districts and the Charter Schools Institute that received state funding for charter school capital construction in the 2007-2008 fiscal year.
