Consolidated Application Post Award Revision System
Attn: Superintendents, Federal Program Contacts
There will be two opportunities for local education agencies to submit a post award revision request for the 2010-2011 Consolidated Application. The post award revision system will be available: Monday, Jan. 17 to Tuesday, Feb. 15 and Tuesday, March 15 to Thursday, March 31.
LEAs may only submit one revision request during each window. Accordingly, revisions for every applicable Title Program must be included in the request -- separate requests cannot be submitted for individual Title Programs. Resources are available on the Web site to assist with the submission process. A PowerPoint presentation with audio explains the purpose of the post award revision Request system, how to submit a request (http://connect.cboces.org/p22155435/) and a step-by-step instruction list.
The Post Award Revision Request System is available at the link below.

Two Schools Win Drawing for TELL Colorado Response Rates
Attn: Superintendents, Principals, District Administrators, School Leaders
Congratulations to Trinidad High School in Trinidad and Basalt Elementary of Roaring Fork! Both schools were awarded $500 today from the weekly drawing through Colorado Education Association for schools reaching a 50 percent response rate on the TELL Colorado survey. There will be two drawings each week until the final drawing, when two schools each win $1000. The TELL Colorado survey window opened last week and many schools and districts have hit the ground running. Take a look at district and school response rates by visiting www.tellcolorado.org and clicking on "Response Rate."
Remember, only schools and districts that reach the 50 percent participation rate will be able to access their own data. The survey window will remain open through the end of the month (Monday, Feb. 28).
If your school(s) has not received codes to access the online survey, contact the TELL Colorado Help Desk (Web site: www.tellcolorado.org; e-mail: helpdesk@tellcolorado.org; or phone: 888-280-7903.)
