District Level UIP Webinar for Federal Program and Tracker Submission Webinar

Attn: Superintendents, Federal Program Contacts, Title I Directors, Tracker Users

The Office of Federal Programs is offering two webinars tomorrow, Dec. 16:

Tracker UIP Submission Process from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
District Level UIP Webinar for Federal Programs from 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

The tracker webinar will cover the UIP submission process (how to upload the plans onto the tracker system).

The district level UIP webinar for Federal Programs will cover the UIP as it pertains to NCLB requirements. Districts or grantees that are identified for improvement under Titles IA, IIA and/or III, will need to use the UIP template to complete their improvement plan and submit the plan by Monday, Jan. 17, 2011. While the UIP is designed to meet other requirements (e.g., state accountability), this particular training will focus only on the unique requirements of NCLB programs. The goal of the webinar is for districts and grantees to understand all the required elements for the various Title programs and where to incorporate those requirements in the UIP.

Register for a webinar by emailing Tina Tamayo (tamayo_t@cde.state.co.us). Please specify the webinar title, date and time.
