Important Due Date
CSAP Special Populations Online Enrollments to close November 26, 2008
Attn: Superintendents, DACs
In service to our students, the online enrollment process for 2008-09 CSAP Special Populations will be available through CTB’s Navigator Web site through Wednesday, Nov. 26. For CSAP Special Populations online enrollment, districts submit an estimate of the projected enrollment of students who will take the CSAP assessment in grades three though 10 with large print (18 pt font) or Braille (contracted and uncontracted), or an estimate of the projected enrollment of students who will take the CSAP Reading/Writing assessment in grades three and four in Spanish. The projected enrollment figures will provide CTB with a baseline estimate for the quantity of tests that must be printed and sent to all districts. Failure to order the adequate number of CSAP special population materials for your district through the online enrollment process may result in students not being able to test. For instructions on how to submit enrollment counts, please refer to the CSAP Online Enrollment User Guide at the link below and select Enrollments or contact the CTB Help Desk at 800-994-8557.
