Fiscal Year 2012-13 Payment Information Page
Facilities bill CDE on a monthly basis for educational services provided for publicly placed pupils. Billing is based on the full-time equivalent (F.T.E.) of students served. CDE calculates payments by multiplying the daily rate by the number of teacher-pupil instruction days reported by a facility. In FY 2012-13 the daily rate is $36.64. To reflect the limited revenues available, CDE pays only 90% of the monthly payment during the year. Any remaining funds at the end of the year are distributed on a prorated basis.
