Staff Reporting Information - Licensure, NCLB Highly Qualified Requirements, and Data Submissions for Regular Human Resources (HR)

Who should attend?

People responsible for, or assisting in, (1) the Regular HR collection data submission, (2) the data for NCLB highly qualified status for teachers and Title I paraprofessionals, and (3) the licensure information for certified employees. Due to space limitations, please do not send more than three people per LEA.  There is no fee for the trainings.

How is the training structured?

We have scheduled four half-day training sessions. The day will begin with information regarding licensure data, and then an overview of the NCLB Highly Qualified teacher and Title I paraprofessional requirements. After a short break, an overview of the data collection changes for the Regular Education HR will take place along with additional information regarding the HQ process. During this time, there will be opportunities to discuss the new technology proficiency reporting requirements andteacher/principal evaluation reporting.
