"Functional Behavior Assessment to Behavior Intervention Plan: Making Data based Decisions to Change Behavior" featuring Dr. Laura Riffel - Registration

Description of the Training:

The focus of the training is on conducting functional behavior assessments and using this data to inform behavior intervention plans. Additional topics include enhancing behavior intervention team planning, incorporating positive support strategies into all teaching models, and integrating significant findings from behavior research.

Who Should Attend:

1. District Intensive Support Teams (limit 3 members per team)
2. SPED directors and coordinators
3. Mental Health Professionals (limit 5 per district)
4. PBIS District Coaches (limit 3 per district)
5. PBIS Building Level Coach/Facilitators in 80-80 schools (limit 5 per district)

Other information:

There is no fee for this training. In order to achieve equitable access for all, registrations may be limited. Tea and coffee will be served in the morning and lunch will be included. Training copies of the workbook will be provided. However, in an effort to reduce printing costs, CDE is requesting participants to print out their own workbook if they are interested in taking notes in their copy.
