Explanation of how we are able to provide differentiated services to meet the individual needs of schools and districts.
As a coaching organization, we always assess the current needs of schools and districts and create a work plan with annual objectives in collaboration with our clients. We regularly use a number of powerful tools and approaches, but always customize service to specific local needs.
How will we evaluate our services and support to schools and districts and its effectiveness in school/ district/ student achievement?
As a national organization, we work on creating conditions for the success of all students with partner schools and districts by developing cultures of collaboration and learning aligned around a solid instructional core based on learning partnerships with students. Learning partnerships require cultural responsiveness to the needs of students, in particular those of low-performing students of color living in poverty.
