Link Strategic Objective
One of the strategic objectives under the RISE program is Link. This strategic objective seeks to link data and digital content about students and educators with records from relevant state agencies (Dept of Higher Ed, Dept of Labor, etc.) using a state-of-the art data system. One example of this might be to see if a child benefits more when provided early childhood education as compared to peers who don’t.
The Link strategic objective is accomplished through three main
projects:
1) Enterprise Architecture Foundation
2) Teacher-Student Data Link (TSDL)
3) P-20 (preschool to workforce) Data Link
Enterprise Architecture FoundationThe Enterprise Architecture Foundation Project developed the necessary foundation for the implementation of the Link portion of RISE. |
Teacher-Student Data Link (TSDL)TSDL will link information about students to their specific educators, allowing us to support continuous improvement to teacher preparation and student outcomes. |
P-20 Data LinkThe P-20 (preschool to workforce) Data Link project will link information from the Colorado Department of Education to information at other important state agencies. |
