Data Warehouse Expansion Project

The Colorado Department of Education Data Warehouse is the primary data repository for the reporting of information through the SchoolView portal and the EdFacts Federal file submission system. Currently, the Data Warehouse includes only K-12 information. The Data Warehouse Expansion Project will expand the current data warehouse to include student data from preschool to career, which is provided by way of the LINK infrastructure (under RISE). In addition, the linkage that the Teacher Student Data Link (TSDL) provides will be used to update the Data Warehouse in areas where the connection provides value in the form of increased security and/or more accurate reporting. This project is also supported by the Data Pipeline Project under the Capture strategic objective in the RISE program.
