Through partnership with the Colorado Department of Human Services’ Office of Early Childhood, and funded via the Race to the Top - Early Learning Challenge Fund, the Results Matter Child Care Expansion Project (RMEP) will increase the number of children included in the Results Matter program by 3,500 during the life of the grant, 2013 -2016.
A total of 3,500 additional children will be included in Results Matter through this grant. Eligible children are not currently part of Results Matter, but attend Head Start/Early Head Start sites, or child care centers/homes that participate in the School Readiness Quality Improvement Program and/or accept Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) payments.
The application for cohort 2 is now available here. Please review the timeline below for deadlines. If you signed up on the interest list, an application should have been sent to you already. If you submitted an application last year, but requested to be in cohort 2, a new application would also have been sent to you, as the application form changed slightly. You will need to resubmit a new application.
PLEASE NOTE: One eligibility criteria has changed since the last application: we are no longer able to accept sites into the Results Matter Expansion Project that are already using Teaching Strategies GOLD® for any of the children they serve. This is true even if a site is only using TS GOLD® for some, but not all, of the children in the program.
Thank you for your interest. If you have any questions, please contact Shawnee Ames at 303-866-6219 or email@example.com.
