CDE Research Archive
The purpose of the online archive is to make readily available to
the public the analyses and results of field, policy or program research
documents recently created for or by the Colorado Department of
Education (CDE). These include significant surveys, focus group
reports, program and policy evaluations, descriptive and inferential
research studies, policy reports, literature reviews, and exploratory
data analyses.
Research in this repository includes Colorado specific research results and the background or context of the research,
scope and methods used in the study and its summary results. Those
reports with
particularly high quality features and potentially relevant outcomes to
educators or policy leaders may be selected and profiled in a one page
brief which is extensively distributed to both educators in the field
and education interested leaders. Some research in the repository are more
historical but focus on topics currently pertinent to Colorado
education.
The inventory will be updated every three to four months with new CDE
research products as they are developed. As these new research works are
produced, CDE will also explore ways to import the results of this
research into easy to interpret visualization tools in order to
encourage further potential or personalized insight in order to improve
student achievement.
