Professional Development
On-line Courses for Paraprofessionals, Professionals, and Teachers
To provide more professional development options to administrators, paraprofessionals, and teachers and, and to assist them in meeting and maintaining their Highly Qualified status, the Office of Teaching and Learning is offering the PBS TeacherLine OnLine courses as an alternative to classroom courses. PBS provides courses in: reading/language arts, mathematics, instructional technology, instructional strategies, and science. To help offset the cost of enrollment, each person completing one or more courses, will be reimbursed approximately half the cost of the course(s). For example, if the course costs $199.00, you will be reimbursed $100.00.
