International Bullying Prevention Conference

Denver Marriott Center Hotel

The International Bullying Prevention Association has named Dr. Dacher Keltner and Carlotta Walls LaNier their keynote speakers for its national conference held at the Denver Marriott City Center Hotel, November, 8-10, 2015. Opening up the conference will be in the hands of Dacher Keltner, who was named one of the 50 visionaries who are changing the world in 2008, Dr. Keltner recently consulted on the new Pixar movie Inside Out, providing input and direction specific to the science of emotions.  Closing out the conference will be presented by the courageous Carlotta Walls LaNier, who is the youngest of the Little Rock Nine, a group of African-American students who were the first black students to ever attend Little Rock Central High School back in the 1950s.

There are over 40 workshops to choose from with topics including school safety, cyberbullying, addressing identity based bullying, interview techniques and many more! The conference also includes an extensive exhibit hall highlighting amazing products and services in the field, networking opportunities and more!
