January 17th, 2024: ELAT Letters of Intent to Apply for the 2024-2025 School Year Released.
February 7th, 2024: ELAT Letters of Intent to Apply Due
February 15th, 2024: Anticipated ELAT Request for Applications (RFA) Release. Access RFA
February 15th, 2:00-2:30 PM: ELAT Application Information Webinar. Webinar recording.
April 10th, 2024: ELAT Applications Due

- Late or incomplete applications may not be accepted based on the number of complete applications submitted by the due date.
April 11th-May 3rd: ELAT Project applications under review for the 24-25 school year.
