  • Student Re-engagement Grant
    Colorado’s Student Re-engagement Grant (SRG) program assists local education providers in providing educational services and supports to maintain student engagement and facilitate student re-engagement at the secondary level. 
  • Expelled and At-Risk Student Services (EARSS)
    The EARSS program is authorized by Colorado Revised Statute 22-33-205 to fund competitive grant proposals for which the purposes are to provide education services and support services to expelled students, students at risk of being expelled, or students at risk of being declared, or already are, habitually truant.

    This fact sheet outlines the Single Point of Contact Model where colleges and universities across Colorado appointed higher education homeless liaisons, also known as “Single Points of Contact”, to help unaccompanied homeless youth successfully matriculate into higher education and address academic advancement barriers.

  • 21st Century Community Learning Centers Programs (PDF)
    The 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program supports the creation of community learning centers that provide academic enrichment opportunities during non-school hours for children, particularly students who attend high-poverty and low-performing schools.
