Bullying Prevention Policy

Having a bullying prevention policy allows schools, teachers, families, and students access to a common understanding of bullying. This can include the definition of bullying, preventative efforts the school takes with bullying, and responses for when bullying occurs.

The website has resources on what makes effective anti-bullying policies including their 11 key components. The 11 key components webpage also includes examples of each component from states around the country.
