The primary goal of the Educational Technology Program is to improve student academic achievement through the use of technology in elementary and secondary schools.

The formula allocation of Title II-D is designed to provide districts with funds to support the goals of Title II-D. The primary goal of this part is to improve academic achievement through the use of technology.
