Improving Educator Effectiveness

Assessment Revision
CDE has developed a new state assessment system which reflects the expectations of the updated standards and the requirements of CAP4K (Colorado Achievement Plan for Kids).
Accountability Alignment
The Education Accountability Act of 2009 (SB 09-163) holds the state, districts, and individual public schools accountable for performance on the same set of indicators and related measures statewide and requires the completion of a Unified Improvement Plan.
