Highly Effective Teaching Elementary Physical Education: Putting all the Pieces Together- Full Day Workshop

The new teacher evaluation can seem like a puzzle. However, putting the pieces together seems far less daunting when you work on it together. In this workshop, we will sort through the quality standards to see how they fit into Physical Education and Health authentically. Each standard: content and pedagogy, learning environment, effective instruction, reflection on practice and professional leadership will be addressed. When you look closely at each piece you realize how they are all interconnected; creating a big picture that represents a quality program, effective teaching practices and most importantly student growth and learning.
