Multiple Measures of Content Competency

Applicants will need to (1) complete the appropriate worksheet(s) below and (2) then follow the steps outlined on the Colorado Teacher Endorsement Requirements webpage to (3) complete the "Multiple Measures of Content Competency" form and (4) submit for review.

Please note: All Multiple Measures worksheets were updated in July 2025. Previous worksheets will be accepted through 8/31/2025. Beginning 9/1/2025, submissions will only be accepted with the worksheets below.
