Training Opportunities from Approved Training Providers
Becoming an evaluator designee allows individuals who do not currently hold a principal or administrator license to be the primary evaluator-of-record for licensed educators. In order to become an evaluator designee, interested parties must complete a training provided by an Approved Training Provider (ATP).
The following training providers have been initially approved by CDE for the current school year to train current evaluators and appointed designees, as identified in Senate Bill 10-191, on the Colorado State Model Evaluation System and evaluation methods such as effective observation techniques and providing feedback to licensed educators. Each training provider offers a brief description of their training included with their contact information. As each provider may offer a unique approach, please ensure you contact them and find one that best meets your needs.
