Colorado's Pyramid Model Implementation ToolKit

This Toolkit is designed to assist and guide effective implementation of the Pyramid Model through utilizing the framework developed by the National Implementation Research Network (NIRN). The introduction contains supporting materials that provide a foundation of research and practice that addresses both the science of implementation and the necessary components and considerations of the Pyramid Model. The next 4 folders in this toolkit outline each phase of implementation, necessary activities at each phase, and how to incorporate Pyramid Model content and practices at every level of implementation. These sections contain targeted questions, sample timelines and other tools that aid in effective and sustainable implementation of Pyramid Model practices. All relevant materials that can be made available are accessible for download in the supporting materials folder and hyper-linked in each phase.
