The volunteers at the Colorado Talking Book Library know what a challenging and gratifying experience it is to support the library program making books available to Colorado's print diabled readers. CTBL prepares and mails out thousands of
Braille, large print and recorded books daily to our patrons. We make it possible for them to stay informed and connected to the world.
THE VOLUNTEER TEAM
Our volunteers are essential for CTBL to continue providing our patrons with this highly valued
service. Library volunteers work individually and in small groups to provide the manpower
needed for a variety of tasks and jobs that make the program run smoothly and efficiently. These areas include:
- Studio
- Audio Duplication
- Mailroom
- Talking Book Machine Repair
- Braille Embossing
