Every book we send you comes with a mailing card that looks like the illustration on the following page. We have identified the key information on each side that may be useful when you call the library with questions about a specific book.

An additional green card has been added behind the regular mail card on digital books in the blue container. This card asks patrons to make sure there is a cartridge in the box and that the number on the cartridge matches the number on the box before mailing back to CTBL.



When turning the mailing card over, please be sure that you are turning over the top card only so that the return address will show.

The mailing card has a hole punch in it and should always be on top with the hole in the top left position.

Without the mail card showing the book takes much longer to get to CTBL and checked in to you.
