These videos are just like the ones available at your local video store, but with an enhancement. When there is a pause in the dialog, a narrator describes the characters, setting, action, etc. for the benefit of those who cannot see the screen. CTBL’s collection currently has about 300 titles that can be checked out one at a time. These titles are in VHS format. For several reasons CTBL has not moved to DVD’s at this time. This may change in the coming years.
