Colorado State Board of Education meeting to take place in Pueblo on June 8 & 9
The Colorado State Board of Education will hold its monthly regular meeting at Pueblo Community College on June 8 and 9, as part of the board’s outreach efforts to the entire state.
The seven elected board members represent Colorado’s seven Congressional districts, and the traveling board meeting is a way to connect to communities around the state. Board meetings typically take place in the State Board Room at 201 E. Colfax in Denver, but the next two meetings will be in areas outside of the capital city. The August board meeting, which follows a July break, will be in Grand Junction.
Complete agendas for both days may be viewed at www.boarddocs.com/co/cde/Board.nsf/Public.
Topics of interest for the June meeting:

- Request by Pueblo City Schools 60 to form an innovation zone for six schools
