Important Dates

September 28, 2012: Deadline for schools to submit their final expenditure reports, which must reflect additional funds received for the 2011-2012 school year (year 2).
   
  Please e-mail an electronic version of your report to electronic_budget@cde.state.co.us, and Dian Prestwich prestwich_d@cde.state.co.us. Also, please sign and date your report and mail it to:

DIBELS Benchmark Timelines:

DIBELS Benchmark scores are reported to the University of Oregon Center on Teaching and Learning DIBELS Data System at least 3 times per year: https://dibels.uoregon.edu/. Progress monitoring data should be entered on an ongoing basis throughout the school year.

Please follow the DIBELS benchmark testing timeline as closely as possible.

  • 1-2 weeks after school starts: Fall Testing
  • January 7-23, 2013: Winter Testing
  • April 29-May 17, 2013: Spring Testing

Please note: Schools must submit all evaluation paperwork by all deadlines to be considered eligible for any subsequent Read To Achieve grant funding.
