Rocky Mountain Deaf School Approved Rates

State Board approval is requested to establish the daily tuition rates for the Rocky Mountain Deaf School pursuant to Section 9.06(2) of the Rules for the Administration of the Exceptional Children’s Educational Act.  The Rocky Mountain Deaf School is a charter school located in Jefferson County.  This program meets the requirements of Section 9.03(1)(b)(ii) of the Rules because it is designed primarily to serve children with disabilities which provide an intensity and duration of services that differ significantly from other programs in the administrative unit of attendance.
