Preschooler with a Disability
Definition: A Preschooler with a Disability is a child three through five years of age who is experiencing developmental delays in one or more of the following areas: physical development, cognitive development, communication development, social or emotional development, or adaptive development, which development delays prevent the child from receiving reasonable educational benefit from general education.
