Personal Learning Profile (PLP)
The Personal Learning Profile project materials consist of a set of lesson plans that can be used to support students to identify their personal strengths and challenges, set goals for their future, and learn to communicate their needs to the families, teachers, or other support people. These materials can be used by educators, community service personnel, family members or anyone interested in supporting students to learning skills necessary to advocate for themselves.
Overview of Personal Learning Profile Materials
The set of Personal Learning Profile materials consists of a pre-test, series of lesson plans, and a template for generating an individual student learning profile. These materials were developed to provide students with the supports they need to formulate and communicate their educational, social, communicative and physical needs to educators, family members or other support personnel.
