during the 2007-2008 school year. A
dedicated committee of statewide
stakeholders including special education
directors, practitioners, university
professors and parents was formed to develop
forms that are in compliance with the Rules
and Regulations for the Individuals with
Disabilities Education Improvement Act of
2004 and the Exceptional Children's
Education Act of 2007.
