Licensure Requirements for CTE Added Pathway Application

Applicant Information

Teachers seeking to add an endorsement/credential to their valid Colorado CTE authorization may do so through a combination of academic preparation and occupational experience in the following areas.

• An additional pathway/endorsement can be added to an Initial CTE License, a Professional CTE Authorization or a Professional Teaching License.

• Applicants who hold a valid Professional Teaching license but want to add an additional CTE pathway/endorsement can do so by submitting the CTE Added Pathway application for processing.

• Determine the Cluster and Pathway in which you want to be endorsed/credentialed. If you do not know the cluster or pathway, contact your CTE Director.
