Proposals Requested For Plans to Alternatively Compensate Teachers
With the passage of House Bill 08-1388 from the Colorado Education Fund, C.R.S. Section 34, Title 22, Article 69, the Colorado Department of Education's Office of Professional Services (OPS) is offering a Request For Proposal (RFP) to all Colorado Local Educational Authorities (LEAs) to plan, design and develop plans to alternatively compensate teachers. With the current budget deficit, the Legislature has pushed back the funding of this grant, through the passage of SB09-213. Future funding of grant proposals will be dependent on available funding.
