Welcome
Colorado Connections for Healthy Schools is a statewide initiative in support of Coordinated School Health Programs. Funded through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Colorado is one of 18 states to create a state infrastructure and fund local school districts coordinate all health and prevention-related programs. Through this coordination of programs, resources, messages and training school staff, students, families and community resources we will work together for healthy students and better learners.
Our Vision Statement: All school-aged children and youth in Colorado will be healthy and learn at their full potential
