Outside Annual Inspection Sites

Linked below is the list of sites certified to conduct a CDE annual inspection on district school transportation vehicles. Each of the sites have at least one CDE certified annual inspector.

When using one of these sites, please verify that the inspector's status is current by viewing the inspector's certificate.

When an inspection is completed, you should receive a completed CDE Affidavit of Annual Inspection (copy in vehicle) and CDE Annual Inspection Checklist form or equivalent for your vehicle maintenance file.
