Room Reservations
Ø Room reservation deadline was January 30, 2013, but rooms and rates are guaranteed on a space and rate available basis
Ø If you would like to stay overnight at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort, please call

Ø You can book a single or a double room; the cost is $115 for single occupancy or $136 for double occupancy. Let us know if you are in need of a roommate, and we will try to find one for you.
Ø A credit card must be used to reserve and pay for the room. Unfortunately, checks are not accepted.
Ø For any attendees wishing to extend their stay, a room rate of $115 will be honored three days prior to and three days after the conference.
Ø Please be sure, upon making your reservation, that you check with the resort regarding their deposit and cancellation policies.
Ø Check-in is after 4 p.m., and check-out is before 12 p.m. If space becomes available, earlier check-in may be possible. Luggage storage is offered for early arrivals and late departures.
Ø Amenities: wireless Internet access, 800 and local call access, and self-parking.

Conference Registration
Ø There is no registration cost.
Ø You must register with CDE Nutrition no later than Monday, February 11, 2013.
Ø To register, please send an email to Stacey Macklin, macklin_s@cde.state.co.us, and include the following:
o Your name
o Your title
o School district
o Email address
o Phone number
o Request for a roommate if applicable
Meals will include a lunch on Wednesday, breakfast and lunch on Thursday, and breakfast on Friday. Snacks will also be available each day and a reception will be held on Wednesday evening. We expect this to be an informative and exciting conference this year, and we hope everyone can come. Please let us know if you have any questions, and see you then!
