Directors' Conference

Directors’ Conference has been scheduled for Wednesday 21 March through Friday 23 March at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs.  Meals will include a lunch on Wednesday, breakfast and lunch on Thursday, and breakfast on Friday.  Snacks will also be available each day.  A reception will be held on Wednesday evening, and additional outings will be scheduled on Thursday.

Room Reservations

You can book a single or a double room; the cost is $115 for single occupancy or $136 for double occupancy. Let us know if you are in need of a “roomie,” and we can try to match people up.

 

Reservations should be made no later than 20 February; after that, late reservations will be handled on a space available basis.

 

A credit card must be used to reserve and pay for the room.  Unfortunately, checks are not accepted.

 

For any attendees wishing to extend their stay, a room rate of $83 will be honored three days prior to and three days after the conference.

 

*A Summer Food Service Program training will be held the day before. Please consider this as you make your room reservations.

 

Please be sure, upon making your reservation, that you check with the resort regarding their deposit and cancellation policies.

 

Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 12 p.m. If space becomes available, earlier check-in may be possible. Luggage storage is offered for early arrivals and late departures.

 

Amenities: wireless internet access, 800 and local call access, and self-parking.

There is no registration cost.

 

You must register with CDE Nutrition no later than Thursday 1 March.
